![]() | Charles L. Moore 2nd Vice President moorec@50thStreetYouthProgram.org In the late 80's Charles Moore joined his three sons with Boy Scouts of America Troop and Pack 647. Charles held the position of Assistant Scoutmaster and then became the Scoutmaster. In 1992, Charles was awarded the Silver Beaver award by the Los Angeles Area Boy Scout Council. Under Charles leadership, Troop 647 saw its first and second Eagle Scout. The highest rank a Boy Scout can achieve. |

Helen continued to support the Troop after her daughter started college. Helen is in charge of keeping the financial accounting records for 50th Street Youth Program. Helen ensures accurate financial records in support of scouting within our South Central community program. |

Additionally, Blanca's son joined Boy Scouts of America Troop 647. Blanca became a Primary Girl Scout Leader and was invaluable as a bilingual translator during Parent and Scout meetings. |
